Returns Policy
You can return your purchase in its original condition within 21 days of the date you received the item. All packaging must be intact and the goods in the same condition supplied.
If you wish to return your item you will be charged a collection fee or you can arrange your own return method, both at your own cost.
Refunds Policy
Where you are returning your order between 7 and 30 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the items ordered.
We will not refund the delivery or other add on charges. Should you wish to return the goods at your own cost please contact us info@duraboundltd.co.uk
Any refund paid will be paid back to the same method of payment.
